Happy Monday! Today is the first day of prep week for my 21 Day fitness challenge group and I’m excited! The workout program I selected is the 21 Day Fix challenge pack! I’m looking forward to sharing my workout efforts with the other “challengers” and being inspired by them as well. It will be work, but it will be FUN as well.
This week will be spent looking for some new 21-Day Fix approved recipes that I will be able to try over the next few weeks. Check out my board on Pinterest. I’ve already started drinking my Shakeology each day – it’s amazing how good it tastes! And my workouts this week will be a combo of running, hot yoga, and a taste of the 21 Day Fix series before getting down to business next week.
I also need to really define my goals for the next few weeks as I go through this process. I know I do not have that much weight to lose, so I really want to work on building muscle and getting toned. I have to better define what I would like to get out of this experience too. To be continued . . .
