TGIF! Yes it is the end of the workweek. But no, that does not mean you can slack today. In fact, I think it is a great time to look back on your week to see what worked well and what you want to improve on for next week. In support of those efforts, I thought it would be helpful to take a (short) time out to focus on technique to ensure that you are not only getting the best benefit from your workouts, but to also ensure you avoid injury.
Today’s focus: The DEADLIFT. I found this great video that provides a terrific explanation of how to practice a proper deadlift form.
