Turn your setback into a comeback


It’s so tough to stay on track with your fitness goals during the holidays. With the parties, social events, great food and alcohol, your weight can creep back on before you know it. That’s exactly what happened to me 🙁 My clothes were feeling just a bit snug so I decided to step on the scale this morning to see exactly what the damage was – I GAINED 5 pounds!!!!

Needless to say, I am not happy about this. I was doing so well. But at that moment I decided to not let that setback derail my efforts. In fact, I was motivated even more to get back on track. I know what I need to do so there is absolutely no reason why I cannot just reset and do it again. Yes, I turned my setback into a comeback. And so can you!
