Good morning! Here is a great recipe for those of you who love shrimp as I do. ENJOY!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. HEAT oil in large skillet. Add onion; cook and stir on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered, 5 minutes or until thickened.
  2. ADD shrimp. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink.
  3. SPRINKLE with cheese; simmer 1 minute. Stir in parsley. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired. Garnish with fresh herbs.
