After a workout, I like to reward myself with a protein drink. Here is my version of a delicious green smoothie/protein drink that is a part of my rotation. The ingredients are simple, but it is so tasty. Give it a try and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. ADD water, protein powder, strawberries, banana into blender and blend for 30 seconds. Next, add spinach and blend for another 15 seconds.
  2. OPTIONAL - add ice to your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
