Fitness is a Journey


2015-12-07 09.19.37Let’s face it! It’s hard to stay motivated 100% of the time! With busy schedules (especially around the holidays), shifting priorities, and just trying to balance work and everyday life, many of us find ourselves a bit offtrack from our goals. But, what I’ve learned over the years is that it is okay. There is nothing wrong with enjoying the moment. It only becomes an issue if you let yourself continue in that spiral.

The fact that you recognize you’ve gotten offtrack is half the battle. So don’t beat yourself up! Instead, reset your intentions and recommit to your long-term goals. Remember, the destination is not the sole focus. The journey will teach you, guide you, change you, and allow you to grow along the way.
