What is a Challenge Group? It’s all about motivation, accountability, support and FUN!!  You will meet other like-minded individuals who share a passion for getting healthy and fit. These groups offer a place to find support and encouragement, have questions answered, learn more about clean eating, find recipes, meal plans, etc., and make new friends who are sharing their fitness journey right along with you.

How does it work?

  • 21 Days in length.

  • Comprised of a small group of women helping support and motivate each other to achieve health and fitness goals.

  • You choose a program that best suits your schedule and fitness goals.

  • No Gym Travel Time. All workouts are done anytime during the course of your day.

  • “Challengers” share stories and encourage each other.  No judgement is allowed in this zone!
